  Hi, my name is Ashli Lear, I opened MindBody Massage, LLC in 2015 and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Pennsylvania, since our state Licensure took effect in 2011. I graduated and received my massage training from Allied Medical & Technical Institute. I have been an active member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, (ABMP) since 2008.  Since graduating in January of 2007, I've been practicing in the Nescopeck/Bloomsburg/Danville and surrounding areas.  My massage modalities include Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massage, Cupping Therapy ,Oncology Massage, Mu-Xing Therapy (Warm Bamboo Massage), Lomi Lomi, and Table Thai Sports Fusion Massage.

Over the years, I have gained much experience in many different massage settings. What I love most about massage therapy (and life in general) is that I continue to learn new things almost daily, the sky is truly the limit! After so many years in practice, I have continued to realize how all of our bodies are different and in need of different things, allowing each massage session to be your very own! I pride myself on listening to you and your body, so that I am able to give you the best therapeutic massage experience possible! So, whether you are brand new to massage or well seasoned, (maybe even some where in between), my hope is you come in as you are but leave feeling a total mind & body relaxation.
